Academic Advising Help Ticket

PHSC has transitioned from virtual drop-in advising to an advising support system to offer current and returning students a quick and efficient way to request assistance from an Academic Advisor.

The ticketing system often allows for issue resolution without having to meet with an advisor in many instances or having to waiting in line. Students may submit inquires 24 hours a day/7 days a week. You may submit a ticket by using the link provided on this page or by logging on to your Bobcat Portal.

A PHSC Academic Advisor will respond to your request within 24 to 48 business hours. You will receive a notification via your PHSC email once an advisor has opened and started to work on your ticket

In-Person Advising

Our in-person office hours are as follows: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

During the summer, all campuses are closed on Fridays.

Returning Students

Former PHSC students, who have not enrolled in a class in the past 12 months, submit a new application using the Bobcat Application Portal.

Student who applied to PHSC prior to June 16, 2024, and are seeking readmission should use first-time user option. After creating an account, use returning student login link.
