Springfield College is an independent, nonprofit, coeducational institution founded in 1885. Approximately 4,100 students, including 2,500 full-time undergraduate students, study at its main campus in Springfield, Massachusetts, and at its regional campuses across the country. Springfield College inspires students through the guiding principles of its Humanics philosophy – educating in spirit, mind, and body for leadership in service to others.

Springfield College provides each accepted student with a transfer credit evaluation that includes how credits were received as well as which credits are needed to complete a bachelor’s degree.

Generally, courses taken at regionally accredited institutions that are 100-level or higher in which students earned a grade of C- or better will transfer to Springfield College as well as credits earned on joint service transcripts. Credits are eligible to transfer into the core curriculum and to fulfill major and elective requirements.
