Special Notice to State Employees
Current and prospective students who are using the Florida State Employee Fee Waiver to register for classes must complete a Registration Form. State Employees cannot register until the second day of the add/drop period, please refer to the academic calendar for deadlines.
How to Register
To register for classes, students must complete the Registration Form for Florida State Employees and email it, along with the completed and signed state approval form to the Assistant Dean of the campus where they wish to take the class(es). If the form shows a social security number, please remove it, and list the PHSC student ID instead. Remember to include several class alternatives, as some sections may be full.
The Assistant Dean will verify eligibility, waive the late registration fee, register students for the class(es), and forward the paperwork to the Financial Office, which will waive tuition fees. Students should check their student account for any lab fees that may have to be paid out-of-pocket. These fees are due on the day of registration, or the class(es) may be dropped.
