Pasco-Hernando State College (PHSC) welcomes international students and values the diverse perspectives they bring. The college provides a supportive environment to help students achieve their academic goals and feel at home.
International students planning to study in the United States must obtain a student visa. To apply to PHSC, students must submit an application with a fee, provide a valid passport, have high school transcripts evaluated, show proof of financial resources, and demonstrate English proficiency.
After admission, students receive a letter of acceptance and an initial I-20 form. Additional requirements may apply for specific programs or students transferring from other U.S. institutions. Incomplete application packets will not be reviewed.
